How will you and your church make an impact for Christ in the world? At Asian Access, we believe that church planting is one of the most strategic ministries we can be involved in. Asian Access has helped to design a proven model for reproducing a church in Japan... and as the gateway to Asia, Japan is one of the most strategic places to build Christ's Church.

A Proven Church Planting Model

If past success is a good indicator, there is a vast probability the church will reproduce in three years or less. Asian Access has been able to accelerate the process and increase the fruitfulness of church multiplication by linking
church planting missionaries and congregations into effective Church Multiplication Teams. Simply, it's the networking of key people united under a common goal with a clearly defined timeline that makes this model effective. We place visionary pastors into a network of three or more pastors all trying to reproduce a church. Then it's a matter of developing, encouraging and resourcing them with what they need to achieve their vision. Rev. Jiro Chida, who successfully reproduced his church in 2-1/2 years, said:

Predictable Outcomes

Each project has a limited duration of just three years, in which time the following outcomes are expected with God's help:

An indigenous, self-autonomous church is established with ongoing Japanese leadership.
The new church does not require financial support from the North American church.
The missionary leaves after three years without creating dependency or the expectation for more workers.
The North American church has planted a church in the strategic nation of Japan and helped to reach a community for Christ.
