"Over the years through my missional involvement with Pastors in the region I have recognised four critical leadership challenges. First, the exercise of Pastoral Spiritual authority that is derived from clarity of call and purpose of the call; second, the definiteness of a Vision that is bigger than their own congregations, third, is the ability to move people to the vision through sound Biblical teaching, building community, developing reproductive leaders and passionate commitment to mission. And fourth, is the openness and the experience of working with the larger community of Pastors in the region. My experience is that Asian Access has been specifically meeting this challenge by providing a forum to learn from experience and expertise both from external resources and also from the members of each cohort."
