Asian Access utilizes an interwoven curriculum that focuses on fourteen strategic areas of leadership and church health. These strategic areas are covered in a variety of ways depending on the needs and situation of the participants and on the availability of faculty.
There are four categories covered:

Evangelism
Teaching others to effectively share the Good News
God cares about the lost and has given us the assignment of reaching them.
Through this teaching module, leaders:
- Increase their passion for reaching the lost.
- Learn how to make friends with their unbelieving neighbors.
- Gains skills in how to share the gospel with others.
- Clarify how their church is going to share the gospel.
- Develop skills and strategy for child evangelism and discipleship.

Christ & Culture
Contextualizing message and the method
The gospel is more readily understood and received when it is contextualized.
Through this teaching module, leaders:
- Gain an understanding of the relationship of Christianity and culture.
- Understand the cultural contexts of their ministries.
- Develop culturally-relevant strategies for outreach.
- Develop culturally-relevant forms of worship, fellowship and ministry.
- Become an agent for transforming culture through the power of the Gospel.

Social Dynamics
Contextualizing issues like poverty, war, persecution, and emotional health
This session addresses social dynamics distinctive to each country and context.
Through this teaching module, leaders:
- Gain a Biblical perspective on God's love and value for all of His creation.
- Learn how to examine societal and cultural structures in the light of culturally-transcendent Gospel values.
- Develop practical strategies for how Christian leaders can address justice, community-development, and the other social issues they face in their communities.

World Mission
Fulfilling the Great Commission
The Great Commission calls us to make disciples of all nations.
Through this teaching module, leaders and their spouses:
- Understand the Biblical mandate for, and priority of, world mission.
- Learn how to establish world mission as a value and purpose of their churches.
- Develop practical plans to support world mission.
- Develop practical plans to send missionaries into the world mission field.
Asian Access is a vibrant community that develops leaders.
The mission of Asian Access is "to identify, develop and release emerging kingdom leaders to unite the church, multiply leaders and congregations, and extend the transforming power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ." By developing the right leaders though the right two-year transformational process at the right time, we are changing the few, who change the many.
