Hello, my name is Jason Richard Tan.
I was introduced to Asian Access way back in January 2017. And at the time I was just recovering from the very discouraging and painful ordeal. I had lost my voice, my ministry, and even my integrity, and I left the pastoral ministry. I wasn't sure about my calling and my future in ministry.
Asian Access came just at the right time. Through Asian Access, I learned two things: one is the value of community. Every month my group would meet together, and we would pray for each other and encourage one another. And this became a very valuable time for me to recover from all the pain and the hurt I had gone through.
The second thing I learned from Asian Access is the power of addition. For two years Asian Access pushed us to think, to struggle, to find God's purpose and plan for our lives. And after two years I found my — God's direction in my life. And it's a God-sized vision. My vision is to start 25 pastoral training commissions in 25 countries in the next five years. And because of this vision, it has given me renewed strength to pursue God's calling in my life.
And so I take this time to thank Asian Access for all of the ministry that you have done for us, and also for all those who are admin support in Asian Access. We thank you, too, for your support and for your prayers. Thank you!
