Happy New Year's Greetings, Dear Friends!

What an exciting year it's been for us at Asian Access! We have so much to celebrate. We have many milestones that we've hit this past year in 2016, and I just want to share a few of them, even though there are many, many more.

First and foremost for my family and me is that we got to move to Japan. We've been based in L.A. for the past eight years, but this year we moved to Japan to lead the ministry, and what a thrill it is. It couldn't be a more exciting season to be in the country of Japan. Reports are coming out five years after the triple disaster. National leaders are saying that they are having response rates to Christ more than three times normal in the disaster area. One network alone has seen responses to Christ five to seven times the rate of normal!

Beyond that, we've opened a new A2.business session in India, and we just graduated our first ever business cohort in Korea. It's remarkable. Moreover, we have started a brand new region in India and our work in another undisclosed country is blossoming.

It is amazing to see what God has done in 2016, and I want to thank you for your support to see all these things come together.

God bless you.

In His Love,

SIX COMMON THEMES FOR A TRINITARIAN APPROACH TO LEADING MISSIONS

By Joseph W. Handley, Jr.

Polycentric—Why? And, what’s that?1

As the world grapples with ongoing tensions, polarities, and ever-growing challenges, I am convinced that we need a new approach to leadership. It was this concern that compelled me to study global leadership and see if another form of leadership could prove pivotal to the world in which we lead for this era of God’s mission.

Polycentric Leadership: a leadership model for a polarized world

The past thirteen months have been one of the most disruptive seasons in my lifetime.
