Asian Access Ministry Highlights in 2018

Dear Friends,

Coming off our 50^th anniversary, we had high aims… And 2018 is a year of ‘breakthrough’ thanks to donors and leaders like you. On several fronts, we are seeing substantive progress that encourages our hearts. It honestly feels like the book of Acts where the church grew so rapidly:

"And the hand of the Lord was with them, and a great number who believed turned to the Lord."
— Acts 11:21

Everywhere we turn, God is bringing progress. Whether it be new growth in Japan, expansion into new countries and regions, empowering women and younger leaders, progress toward further sustainability, and even the Lord’s provision for ministry, Asian Access is humming on all eight cylinders and it’s exciting to see. Clearly, the ‘hand of the Lord’ is with Asian Access and we are seeing unprecedented ministry growth. This growth was so apparent to our board that they said things like this at our recent board meeting:

“Joe, clearly the Lord has anointed you. How else can we explain all this progress without seeing the Lord’s hand of favor on your life, ministry and leadership!”

“The word acceleration comes to mind as we look at what God is doing through Asian Access. This is a time to invest in more growth. The harvest is ripe before us.”

In this report (see link below), you’ll get a taste of what God is doing through all of you, and I simply want to say ‘thank you’ for your part in seeing this good news. Know that you are helping to make a difference. Your prayers, teaching, partnership, and support are right there beside us every step of the way. And, we are grateful.

My prayer for you during this season of harvest is as follows:

And may the Lord cause you to increase and abound in love for one another, and for all people, just as we also do for you.

May the Lord’s favor rest on you as you so faithfully partner with us in ministry. May you see the Lord’s hand on your life, family and ministry in the coming year. May he abundantly bless all that you do and may you sense the same acceleration that we are seeing. I praise God for you.
