Every program brings together 12-20 pastors, 4 times a year, for 2 years of training . . .
-- in community, in-country, in-service, intensive, and ongoing."
How do we structure our work to accomplish the desired outcomes?
Asian Access has learned much over the last 44+ years of productive leadership development in Japan. We want to leverage what we've learned.
First and foremost, we are concerned that every leader nurtures a love relationship with God. This is at the heart of a godly leader, and it's the crux of our model.
What is our blueprint for developing leaders?
Next, we employ a proven model that combines the following elements:
A. Creating a Vibrant Learning Community -
Learning best happens in the context of encouraging, accountable and ongoing relationships.
B. Incorporating an Integrated Curriculum -
Learning best happens when training targets hearts, hands and minds in order to develop character, skills and knowledge.
C. Utilizing a Transformational Process -
Learning best happens over time, not in a one-time 2-hour seminar.
