Church Multiplication/Japan • 1-3 Years
Hands-On Ministry "Church Planting Associates" is a ministry that works hand-in-hand with Church Multiplication Teams. Each Associate is assigned to a church planting project for one to three years, under the supervision of a Japanese pastor. The Associate is also guided by an experienced Asian Access church planting missionary. There is an opportunity to teach English, as well as incorporate their own set of gifts into a wide array of ministry activities. Not only will Associates contribute to multiplying congregations, but the program will also serve as a farm system for future church planters to be developed. More Associates Needed! Due to the effectiveness of this ministry, Japanese churches are requesting more associates than we can presently provide.
