  • “We’re small; but then again, we’re slow.”

    An Asian Access Primer

I was addressing a group of leaders, the first cohort in a country where Asian Access was beginning a new program. My goal? Explain why Asian Access takes an approach to leader development that runs counter to everything else these leaders have experienced. Throughout Asia, one of the consistent realities for the lives of the leaders we work with is the fast, even frenetic, paces of their lives. These leaders, all established pastors as well as ministry and often civic leaders in their communities, live and minister at breakneck speeds. They usually wear several hats, juggle responsibilities with numerous boards and organizations in addition to their home churches, and are usually meeting themselves coming and going. To add to the pace, there is pressure to be very busy. “We have a saying...

  • Delightful couple shares about their transformation

burmese couple screenshotDuring our recent graduation week in Myanmar, we were at a special dinner one evening and one of the participants burst out in appreciation for Asian Access. She was so exuberant that you would’ve thought Asian Access was Jesus himself! I asked her, can we have you share on video and she not only said “Yes” enthusiastically but suggested her husband, who I later learned was on the local Myanmar Working Team, should join her. Wow, what a powerful couple and amazing testimony. You won’t want to miss it! It’s five minutes but boy is it worth it. You’ll catch their enthusiasm in this video but I must confess, they are even more crazy powerful in person....

  • About Asian Access

    AsianAccess logo 2018tag blackred

We change the few, who change the many.

We are a leader development group that accelerates the capacity of leaders. We identify, equip, and empower the right leaders at the right time through the right process, so they can be released to make the greatest Kingdom impact across Asia.

What does it mean to change the few who change the many?

Asian Access intentionally focuses on a small number of proven leaders with potential, providing a transformation process that then releases them to change the many throughout Asia. You might ask, "What is a small number of leaders?" A2 creates cohorts of 12-15 leaders, not 25 or 250. Some leader development programs, in an effort to have big results, do offer training for larger groups of leaders. But to us, small is big; less is more...
